My experience at Predator Ridge Resort was quite frustrating overall. While the views of the golf course are stunning, the service and care for guests really fell short during our stay. The accommodations left a lot to be desired as well, especially considering the amount we paid. It didn't feel like value for money. There were definitely some positives, like the scenic locale, but the shortcomings in cleanliness and service made it tough to enjoy our trip fully.

Rooms

We stayed in the Falcon Ridge Cottages, and the quality was disappointing. The pull-out sofa mattress was awful, with springs poking through, making sleep nearly impossible. There's a real lack of pride in ownership here.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We felt like we were always chasing after help, and vital assistance like phone connectivity and maintenance was subpar. It seemed as if the staff used 'High Season' as an excuse for the inefficiencies instead of addressing our concerns.
Location

The location is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding nature. However, it’s hard to enjoy when the overall experience is marred by the other factors.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were very limited. We felt we received little value for our money, especially for the resort fees we were charged. The lack of proper amenities like coffee filters made it frustrating.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were adequate, but the cleaning schedule didn't meet expectations. We found that the floors weren't properly cleaned, which was disappointing. At this price point, I expected better maintenance.

My stay at Predator Ridge had its ups and downs. The views are simply breathtaking, and the golfing experience was outstanding. However, I encountered several issues with the service and the condition of my room. The dining prices felt a bit steep for what was offered, and some of the amenities were lacking in attention to detail, which made my stay less enjoyable overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was clean but quite dated, lacking the updates you'd expect from a luxury resort.
Service
5.0
It was frustrating trying to get assistance; I often found the front desk staff hard to reach and not very helpful.
Location

The location is absolutely spectacular, perfect for those who enjoy golf and stunning scenery.
Dining
6.0
Dining prices were a bit unreasonable, especially given some of the limited options and lack of inclusivity in meals.
Facilities

While the fitness center was great, other amenities could use more attention and upkeep.

Overall, our stay had some ups and downs. The views and spaciousness of the villa were a big plus, especially with a great setup for our group. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly with the late valet and some inconsistent housekeeping. While the accommodations were cozy, I was disappointed with a few maintenance issues that needed attention.

Rooms
7.0
The villa we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with comfy beds and a well-equipped full kitchen. However, there were issues as the dishwasher needed repair, and the lack of a coffee pot was inconvenient for our group.
Service
5.0
The service here was not ideal. The valet was late, causing us to walk in the rain, and although the front desk staff tried to help with our concerns, it felt like a lot of promises without tangible results.
Location
7.0
The resort is set in a beautiful area with breathtaking views, but you have to drive for about 15 minutes to access nearby amenities, which can feel a bit disconnected.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent but could use improvement, especially considering how quickly we ran out of coffee pods. The buffet experience lacked overall upkeep, which was disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included great golf courses and practice areas. However, I was surprised that cleaning only occurred every two days, which might not work for everyone.

I had a delightful stay at Predator Ridge Resort, where the golf conditions were pristine and the staff accommodating. We loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and the hiking trails are fantastic. However, we faced a couple of hiccups with room readiness and had some cleaning issues during our stay. Overall, it's a beautiful spot, but a few improvements in service could make it even better.

Rooms

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a beautiful view of the driving range. The added touch of lavender-infused body wash was a lovely surprise.
Service
7.0
Overall, the service was good, but there was a hitch at check-in as our room wasn't ready at the requested time. However, staff worked quickly to rectify this.
Location
10.0
The location is amazing with scenic views and plenty of outdoor activities nearby, perfect for anyone who loves nature.
Dining
8.0
While we didn't dine extensively at the resort, the local treats in the doggie goody bag were a hit.
Facilities

The facilities were quite good, with access to an indoor pool and hot tub, though I was disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn't open during our stay.
